i got admission in humber college..for pg diploma in business management jan 2012 session.they refused my visa application because they think .
Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of:your qualification,previous studies,employment,level of establishment,other educational opportunities available in India or Canada,language abilities ,or your future prospects and plans.

(I am a B.com) Student.If commerce Student is not Applied for business management Then Who will applied)

and the document you have provided have not satisfied me for the relationship between yourself and your sponsor.(guarantor)

please help me .........

Thats a sad news mate. They won't give a direct and proper reason for rejection.

How much loan did you show? and Who was your guarantor?

reading this I feel they have dont need proper reason to cancel the visa.Its all about their wish/mood or your luck

i show 10.5 lakhs loan...3 lakhs from my fd from sbi and 7.5 from obc..and guarantor were my aunty..mistake i was did is...on letter it shows co-borrower was my parents..and in bank records it's shows there is other guarantor ..and they are now asking what is realtion between u and guarantor...please help my frnd how now rectify this so i can file again....i just want to get out from here..please

Is this Banks error? Having our parents as guarantor is the best bet. This is possibly be the reason for the refusal.

?? But you said VISA has been refused.

It's sad to news like this. I feel for u,but Allah knws best and will definitely give us the best.(Insha Allah) Try again,but while trying again,I suggest you have Plan B. I wish u d best in life.

thanks acca..yes i will try again....yes they refuesd my application because of this bank loan problem...and can u help me now how i can overcome this...if i make fresh loan..and then they ask why u apply new loan and what about our previous question about guarntor????????????????

This is not the best idea I would suggest against going for 2 loans. But I still don't see it as a primary reason for refusal.

Didn't you check the Loan sanction letter before you submitted it?

I see the problem with your aunt being the Guarantor as the main issue. Education wise, I don't see any problem as one of my friend having B.Com Degree went for PG Diploma in Project management.

May I know the reason for you choosing your aunt as the guarantor?

Also your do mention your IELTS score as well as grades in B.com. And where there any backlogs?

no 2 loan is not a problem...problem is guarantor.first i didnt no 3rd person cant be guarantor...after knowing i have changed from letter to co-borrower which is my parents...it change in letter only..not ini bank records when embassy calls they say there is guarantor ...then problem arise...please suggest something for this...bro

ielts score is overall 6.5...6 individual....and in bcom i have overall 54%..shud i tell individual subject wise marks...

what do you mean by guarantor is your aunt and co-borrower is your parents??
what is obc?

first i didnt no 3rd person cant be guarantor

obc is bank..oriental bank of commerce ..while taking loan we have to show some securty or something in that case il give the name of my aunt..and bank says its ok...but while consult from consultant they say there must be no 3rd person ..u must remove the name of ur aunt from sanction letter...then we remove from letter but ..in bank records its remains ...i know there is some mistake of me also..but please help now...guarantor must be only blood relation..i have no study gap..ntng ..i give medical also..ielts score 6.5,and bcom i get 54%...now what should a boy do if he really really want to go there......
