Hi Friends,
We got our passports back and surprised to see that I got my PR Visa Stamp and my Wife Didn't but we both received our COPR. Then I noticed that there is a "Post it" on my wife's passport which say "Visa Exempted" . Then with some research I found out that if you belong to a country which does not require Visa to enter Canada, Then you no need to submit your passports and There would be no Stamp (Counterfoil). There embassy would just sent the COPR.
It all make sense now as my Wife's Nationality dosn't need to have a visa to enter Canada, However I don't mind at all to have a Maple leaf sticker in my Passport.
Thanks to all the Seniors (Qorax,PMM...) and friends who help us during this long wait : 1st Application : (2005 - 2011) & 2nd Application (2011 - 2012)
Planning to Land in Vancouver by July for a short trip.
Thanks again and best of luck to everyone who is waiting
;D ;D ;D ;D
regards
charlie
