I got imformation letter, but I can't download and open

Hi. I got copr and got information letter yesterday.
So I tred to check information letter,
but I couldn't.
When I tried to download it, 'the page isn't working' messages happend on website.

So I sent webform to CIC and I got email that
my application was updated.
But nothing was changed and I can't still check the inforation letter
I don't know what to do to process my application to get PR.
Do I just need to wait for getting COPR mail from CIC?

Have you guys had any similar situaion with me?

Have you tried to open the Copr with other internet browsers? I was able to open it with only Internet Explorer. And also you should call IRCC and request PDF file. I also got Copr pdf file by email from IRCC

Thanks. Yeah i downloaded using IE. It worked. Also called IRCC but they said they wouldn't mail immediately. Would take about weeks time. Thanks for the tips
