I got an email from CIO regarding me application

Hi Guys;
I got an email from CIO regarding me application and they say " I can find no record of our office having received your submission. If sent by courier, please provide the tracking number.
Did this happen to any one?? i have emailed them back with the tracking number but they didnt reply back!
What will happen if they loose my application?? what should i do?

When you track your package does the tracking number indicate that the package was received and signed by a representative?

yes it shows that they have recieved it and it was signed by one of an immigration officer!
I dont know how come they lose an application! it is their fault! they should credit me for that!

Since it was signed by one of the officers AND it was sent through courier service it shouldn't and it can't be lost

You know what? Im also experiencing same prob with yours..Me and my brother send our application to CIO, sydney novo scotia last May 28, 2012 and was received by their office last June 4, 2012 and was also received and signed by one of their representatives as appeared FEdex online tracking..It has been 8 mos already..and we havent received any notice...Accordingly they should notify us within 6 weeks if our application is on process or if theres something wrong....As advised by Sir Ronaldo, I emailed CIO requesting for an update...an electronic email response says reply will be within 20 days period...A while ago...I went to the bank....to check if the managers check was encashed, to found out it wasnt...So, were pretty sure our application werent processed,though they were able to received it..And the manager's check id already expired..We really dont know yet what to do..and still waiting for their reply.God bless us.

I would like to know how many days had it took for CIO to reply your querry ?its 20 days reply from the electronic mail i received,...i am worried coz until now I havent receive any email yet.thank you.

hi, i would like to know if you received an email stating that they could not find your record of submission before? i got the same problem. i send them my tracking number but it's been 12 days and haven't receive any feedback. been left wondering.. hope you can share your previous experience.. thank you
