it doest mean anything, yeh ap ko tab he pata chalay ga jab aap apnay documents khud dekhain gay, will u please let me know k aap CHC se apnay case k baray mai poochnayk liye kahan contact kartay hain?even i dont know my case file number

U can contact them on this email
islamabad-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca
and keep on asking them after every two days unless u get a reply from them
just send them the date u apply,ur name,passport no and date of birth

Medical for sure man.. if it was not medical they wud hav never delayed it that much and secondly they wudnt hav replied u.. so inshallah its medical.. good luck..
