Hi everyone,

I got this email today from Buffalo. My wife and I have applied for immigration together and I am the main applicant. My problem is it does not seem explicit from the email if they are going to issue visas for both of us or just for me (?). Can I assume that when they send the email to me (main applicant) my wife is also accepted? Has anyone experienced the same thing? Thanks for your helps.

Here is the email:

Congratulation. Submit passport as soon possible and start planing to fly towards your new homeland.

Yes, the visas will be issued for both of you. They will communicate with the principal/main applicant only. So relax and send both your passports ASAP. Congrats!

congratulation bro !!

Yes all of the above comments are valid, this is a standard format which Buffalo CIC sends to applicants, this includes the principal applicant as well as all accompanying applicants. I got my visa stamped from Buffalo and received the same letter(BTW I had 3 accompanying applicants)
