Hi again I came to Canada accompanying my wife with an Open Work Permit, Thats was issued on August 2013, the once she finished her studies I got another permit (3 years) sinces March 2015 until March 2018.

But I know there is a law "The cumulative duration (four-year maximum) regulation [R200(3)(g)" says that a foreign worker cannot work in Canada more than 4 years. but in this cause I am authorized to work more beacause 4 years in Canada will be in August 2017, but I have a WP valid until March 2018? so when is my due date??? thanks

I think you must stop working in Aug 2017, when you reach your 4 years limit.

By the way, is it like if you stop working for a while then you can work again in Canada? or after 4 years of working, you never can work again?

once have accumulated 4 years a temporary worker cannot apply again until 4 years have passed. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/apply-who-eligible/four-year-maximum.asp

There are exceptions which can exceed 4 years and the OP has not shared whether they qualify for an exception for example NOC O A jobs and some LMIA categories. Refer above link

Also i guess depends under what conditions the OPs OWP was issued given the wife has completed studies now so status not clear.
