I got a visa rejection for study permit sept 2014 intake under general category.

what so special about these notes?? As in the refusal letter its mentioned that course was not related to previous studies.

May be my brother in canada could be a reason for my visa rejection but they will never tell you this.

It is just an insight to what the visa officer thought. There are many people who posted on this forum about the notes they received and many of them actually provide useful information.
