I got a visa but want to leave & come back

So I received a signle entry visa, but I was wondering can I leave Canada for a week and come back (like go to Cuba for a week)? What do I need to do to be allowed to leave and come back to Canada?

I am currently in Toronto.

Since you have a single entry visa - you'll need to apply for a new visa if you want to re-enter Canada after your trip to Cuba.

and how can i apply for another visa from toronto? do i go to that etobicoke location?

You can't apply in Toronto. You have to send the application to the visa office in the country where you live. See:

I think this is going to be pretty difficult to arrange. I would either cancel the trip to Cuba - or go to Cuba at the very end of your visit to Canada and then head back to your home country from Cuba.
