Me and my family migrated to canada in (March-2004) from dubai, united arab emirates.

After 2 years and few months we came back to Dubai and had to stay for a financial reasones, i was 16 years old in that time.(September-2006).

After i graduated from the university and worked for 4 years in dubai, I planned to resattel in canada again, so i applied for a PRTD under the H&C Grounds without meeting the RO, based on my old documents (CoPR - Record of landing) (December- 2017)

I got a call from Visa application center (place where i applied for a PRTD) telling me to bring my renewed passport, after 1 week they called me to collect my passport with the PR VISA RC-1 categorie type with multiple entries and 1 year validity. (June-2018).

I booked a flying ticket to canada in 14th of July to toronto.

Question 1:
How can i renew my PR Card when i reach canada?
I have a PR Visa, but am not meeting the RO.
So i can’t fill the application of renewing PR card.

Question 2:
Is there will be any problems with me when i reach toronto pearson airport at (POE) ?

#1 - You should apply for a new PR card after returning to Canada. If your PRTD is marked RC-1, a favorable decision was made on H/C request, so there shouldn't be an issue.

#2 - I doubt there would be any issues, as you have been accepted for H/C.

It is interesting that your case would have been accepted given the amount of time that you were absent. please update the thread so we can know whether there were any issues.

Apparently minors or children are granted it if they were children when their parents left Canada. That I believe was your case. Immigration would view this as a child having no choice but to move where their parents go

Yes but in this case the person is in their mid 20s not 18. Very strange that you got approval.

I was 14 years old when i left canada with my parents,
and i applied for PRTD 6 months ago, i was 26 years old.
Exactly you are in your mid 20s. Normally PRTD under H&C for minors removed as a child are granted to 18-20 year olds not to people who have gone through university and have worked for many years. Not sure why you got approved. You did not return to Canada as soon as you could once you were no longer a minor. You don't realize how unusual your situation is.

Cause i mentioned that i was able to return to Canada as soon as i am independent after graduation, got a work experience and my saving is enough to afford start a new life in Canada.

i applied for the PR Card last week, i am still waiting and i don't know what is hidden later.
i hope for the best.

If claiming that you were removed as minor against your will you are usually expected to return as soon as possible no after you have studied, worked and become independent.

I am just saying that your situation is incredibly rare. Others have been rejected in their early 20s. Who knows why you were approved bu other minors wishing to return should do so at 18 and not 26 when they are likely to be rejected.
