Like I have said a few times - tell us here the details of what they offered you.

- Who is the employer?
- What is the pay?
- What benefits (accommodation, "feeding") are they offering?
- How much are you expected to pay?
- Do they claim to have a personal contact at the Consulate/Embassy who will do the visa for you?

As many details as you can share, post here.
