You can post your passport from anywhere in the world - it's still going to the same address. Just be sure the address they are sending it back to is up to date.

I don't think couriers like DHL or TNT accept sending passports from one country to another.

There's lots of companies that do, though. FedEx for example. The question was was whether they could post from their home country. They can, but obviously it's up to OP to find a service.

Congratulations on getting the PPR.

You can travel to your home country and ask for the change of visa office by sending an email to the email address mentioned in your passport request letter. Your current visa office will advise visa office nearest to you/in your home country to process your visa and COPR and you will have to send your passport to that visa office.

Many applicants have done so, successfully. You can search 'change of visa office request after PPR' for further information.

Good luck!

I would advice you to stamp your passport before traveling. If CIC notice that you are out of the country. It will complicate the process. Your visa office is in Canada. If travel out of Canada, you will be required to process your visa from your home country or nearest visa office. You have worked hard and waited for many months..just wait and finish it. You can call CIC to inquire...good luck

I got a new message in my cic account with the letter stating "Use this if you are currently in India"
It talks about a visa office in India
Is this the confirmation of change of visa office?
I'm not sure If I can attach letter here so you guys can see it

I think, this is it. Just read the instructions and send your passport(s) and photos along with the printout of the letter to the local visa office in India.
