My friend applied when i asked him to and immediately got an offer within half an hour. This time, they sent him a different document for immigration to UK !!! Although the job was offered in North York, Canada, he was sent a form for UK.

Sorry for the mistake,it was reference mail attached document with our UK Department. I advise you to fill up with this recent Canadian interview form.
