Well the fact that villenconstruction.com domain was only created January 15 this year might be a clue.

If you can share the actual job offer and whether they offer flights,accomodation or anything else

By the way area code 952 is for Minnesota in the USA. Actual code for Hearst is 705.

Seems the website likely cloned from the real one so for sure this is a fake job offer.

They are relying on people replying to the fake email address and fake phone number should anyone try to call. The postal address is real but for the real company and nobody would be likely to turn up in person.

Yep, they offer flights,accommodation after I sign their contract, even they mention it as I need to pay my visa on. My own, they will return after I joined to their company . They sent me pdf
