Listen to bbc radio, ted talks and practice as much as you can from past exams listening tests.

I scored 8.5 in listening.
the simple trick is practice with the cd in the book u get. also ielts liz and English movies help.

oh, my bad...well, then go for it...CLB 9 is required for a better score... but only show the best Score, not necessarily the recent one

Overall Band Score: 7.0

Wife's IELTS scores:

Writing: 6.0
Speaking: 6.5
Overall Band Score: 7.0

hi guys ...thnks a lot.... i scored 8.5 in listening this time ... last time it was only 7.5... i practiced 40 real exam questions...
