I want to apply for non maths courses like Graphic designing. Can i come to Canada I am pass in My 12th with 60% with 23 marks in maths Because ISC consider Top 4 best subjects marks out of 5. Tell me if i can get Visa or not? My IELTS score is 7 not less than 6 in any module
I Got 23 Marks in maths but i am pass in it as i am from ISC Board

It depends... The vo may reject your application as it's too low a score even if it is not required..
