I found COPR number in PR tracker today. What's next.

I found COPR number in PR tracker today/10th Jan'24. Right now I am in Canada with visitor status.
Can someone tell me what is the next step right now? Is there any way I can apply for PR card online with the COPR number right now?

Next step is to wait for notification from IRCC, likely the eCoPR email.

No, you need to wait until you actually `land' as a PR. Even then, the Phase I (initial) PR Card is generated for you.
