I forgot to submit my birth certificate and my husbands option c print out with

Will they return the application for not submitting the birth certificate and option c printout or will they request it?

They'll most likely send it back as incomplete. It'll take a while for them to get around to sending it back too.

Who knows? One or the other. Personal guess is that they will send it back.
