I forgot to click the picture of my photo identification right before taking citizenship test but scored 20 on the test. what happens next?

I was reading another forum where they say there is a glitch! Even persons who have received their invitation to swear ceremony changed from completed to in progress

31st Oct, 2022:
Hello, I am on the same boat and uploaded my photo at both the places. Hopefully they do send a request for uploading the photo ID.
Btw I scored 20/20 and again wont mind giving an another test. However, this might delay the process.
I emailed them with my test result, photo ID and picture along with my photoID.

Update: 8th Nov, 2022
Language skills, Physical presence, Prohibitions are in-progress and oath not started.
Got my citizenship test status updated to Completed in the portal.

Update: 13th Dec, 2022
Now again my citizenship test status is updated to In-Progress in the portal due to glitch

Latest Update: 15th Dec, 2022
Language skills, Physical presence, Prohibitions are in-progress and oath not started.
Citizenship Test and Background are completed.

The glitch is fixed for now. Thankfully back to the previous statuses before 13th dec.

My wife and I wrote our test on April 19th, and we both passed but my wife did not take a photo of her photo ID, instead, she took a photo of herself twice. My wife immediately sent an email with a photo of her ID attached to it, and now we are waiting for their reply.

She should hold the phone on her hand and take picture of herself and the photo,ensure she is putting on the same outfit as the test date
