I FORGOT MY USER ID AND PASSWORD FOR EXPRESS ENTRY

Please, I need help. I forgot my login details ( both user name and password) for my express entry account but I still have my personal reference code number.
Can I use my personal reference code to access my account?

You need your username to recover your password. If you forgot both, too bad, I am afraid, you need to create a new GCKey, and recreate your EE profile.

All the above says is that if you have lost/forgotten the Username, you need to create a new GCKey. Which is what i said/asked the OP to do.
