i forget mentioned my wife previous refusal in PR application

I have ongoing PR application. I have Peruvian wife. She applied canada visit visa in 2018 and refused without given finger prints. That time Peru passport holders no need to give biometric fingerprints etc. We forget mentioned that refusal , what should can do now?
