I feel like my life is ruined. Please tell me how to change conditions in study & co-op work permit

Hello,

Just recently I received biggest shock. Please help me out. I am really tensed.

Little background: I am a Physiotherapist. I have completed my BPT from India. Right now, I am studying Fitness and Health program in Humber College, Toronto, Ontario

I am also having one year of experience working in Physiotherapy field in India. My resume is pretty decent.

Now, the thing is..

I was applying for part time PTA (Physiotherapy Assistant) positions and I was getting calls from many clinics and employers. All of them were impressed by my work, knowledge and skills.

After lot of hard work, I finally got a job from one reputed clinic in Toronto.

They assigned me shifts and patients.

But...

After few days, I received an email from them..

"Hello,

Upon closer inspection of your study permit, there is a clause that states you cannot work in heath related field.

At this time, we cannot put you into any shifts because of that"

I literally started crying. I checked my study permit and co-op work permit on the spot.

It has this..

Conditions:

1. NOT AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN CHILDCARE, PRIMARY/SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHING, HEALTH SERVICE FIELD OCCUPATIONS.
2. MUST LEAVE CANADA BY ----/--/--

I felt broke. I am feeling depressed.

I am studying into health program. Why can't I work in heath related field. What's the point if I can't do my internship in health related field.

I asked all my friends who came with same route. They only have second condition which is "MUST LEAVE CANADA BY...". All the foreign students have this condition in their study permit.

However, it seems that it's only me who has the first condition. Why only me, God?

Please help me out people.

My main question is..
Is it possible to change the conditions in the study permit and co-op work permit?
If yes, how can I do that? Do you know similar case of someone?
Do you know anyone who managed to get the conditions changed?

I seriously can't imagine myself into any other field than Physiotherapy. I love to cure peoples physical body problems.

Please suggest me some ways.

1. You either need a medical at a DMP or if you already had a medical when you applied for your study permit, you need to send the proof of the medical exam and have you study permit amended. See: http://tinyurl.com/yd7zjpod

Yes. I have done medical exam back in India. Without passing the medical exam, they don't approve your visa.

It is valid till March 11, 2018.

So..

Do you have any idea about the cost of the medical exam here?
Will my college insurance or service ontario health card cover it?

You should try flagpoling with proof of the medical that you have already done.

The medical is a few hundred and will not be covered.
