hi friend i am really confused at last stage about my Canadian PR achievement.

my work permit valid till 30 dec 2015.

i applied PR last year September 2014, my highly trust was i will receive my PR before Dec 2015 but the way CIC is moving i am confused that i will get PR by this time .

I have not very good relation with employer so i have decided not to renew my work permit.

so now question is if i leave Canada 30 dec 2015, when i will receive my PPR can i arrange my local visa office for stamping

Or if i leave Canada my application would be cancel or email active

i don't know what is the actual rule of CIC if any one knows please guide me

Yes, the PR process is taking very long. Not only you are waiting, a lot of us are waiting too. Be patience.

If you decided to leave, going back to your home country will not affect your PR application. CIC will email you if they need extra information from you or have any good/bad news for you. If they require MR, you can do your medical in your home country. If they send you a PPR, you can let them know that you are in your home country and ask them for advice to get the PR processed.

Good luck!

thanks for your kind reply

yes i know it would be best idea if i could extend my WP
but i don't know whether my employer will help me or not that why my thinking is to leave

do you think it can be problem when i will get PPR for stamping

also do you trust still i have chance to receive my PR before December 30, I applied Sep 2014

I am not a VO. So, i do not want to provide you a timeline or speculate a schedule for you. PR processing is case by case. Some get theirs in 13 - 15 months. Some get their after 2 years or more. I am still waiting for mine.

If you have applied for PR, you should be able to apply for BOWP with your AOR. Did you graduate in Canada? What kind of work permit do you have?

Did you apply for PNP or CEC? (You posted in the CEC forum, so it's confusing).

Assuming you applied under PNP - was your SINP nomination based on your employer's job offer?

Just apply for WP renew
Now it takes almost four months
You have WP till dec 2015
You applied PR September 2014
I am sure you will receive PR before dec 2015

Thanks
