I don’t know what to do.

First I will write a brief about myself

I am an electronic engineer

I have a bachelor degree in electronic engineering

This June I become 34 years old.

I’ve started my career as a factory technician in electrical and electronic PM (preventive maintenance) section. I used to learn and program PLC (Programmable Logical Controllers)… we have created a couple of machines, I was the programmer/ the electrical engineer (working with sensors, making control and power circuit )

Then we moved to another city, with my family, again I worked in another factory, then I abandoned the job. An I started to work with my friend in his company which he was the CEO, after a while the company need a website, and I learned programming and web design and I became a web designer, after a while I started a freelancing business and I became a freelancer and learned how to design a website, and I use to work in a freelancing website and make money for my own, then my family push me to work in a telecommunication company, and I used to work in a monitoring section of the company, the job was hard, including working in night shift and a lot of unpleasant stuff, and we were dealing with land line telephone system, after 5 years I’ve got promoted right now I am working in data section (the ISP portion) actually I am working in marketing department (after-sales service department), I am reporting directly to the marketing manager, because of technical background of my knowledge and also my experience, they really like me, but we are sort of low-paid employees, it’s normal here some people who have been employed 15 years ago, got paid 5 times more, it’s crazy but it’s the nature of my country… it’s weird , so right now, I am dealing with angry customers, resolving ADSL,VDSL,FTTH problems physically and by configuring DSLAMs changing their profile.. I also know networking, I am configuring Mikrotik routers….

I am sort of network technician I love to resolve problems using packet analysis, I am familiar with wireless networking and I have done some wireless networking projects in some dorms…so I am kind of, consultant, tech support, engineer, designer, and I am the helping hand around the company, I always answering my phone even in the nights, every jobs that I had, I used to deeply immersed in it, so that might be my problem….

I love programming, creating websites and applications…..

I have a lot of hobbies like photographing and so on

I don’t have any IELTS score, right know, but my accent is like an immigrant who has been immigrated to US (a native british told me, even though I know that accent doesn’t matters in IELTS, My listening, speaking and reading is beyond intermediate level, but not my grammar and writing as you may noticed )

I live in Iran

I am 33 and the this June I become 34

My salary here is 300$ no more…

I have a lot of experience in many fields

I have a lot of interest like drawing and painting and …

I watch technical tutorials in English, I read articles in English, I solve technical issues using an internet search, I resolved so many technical issues in the company even, when the technology was introduced newly, there is no much training in the company, you have to learn by your own.

Which path should I take, how could it be possible for me to move to Canada?

If you are saying that I need to design PCB, I can do it 3 month later from now

I don’t have any certificates right know (I mean international certificates like COMPTIA Network + and so on)

I love programming and I have a lot of experience in web design

Canada is a technology oriented and multicultural country as I know, so I love to get there.

Give me a good advice and strategy for the immigration… honestly I don’t know what I really need to do

Thanks A Lot

So you mean that the immigration is impossible???
Or it's a bad idea, Do you recommend a change in lifestyle? or getting certificates?

For immigration, you will have to read through the CIC.gc.ca website or find an employer in Canada who would hire you and go through the expensive procedures for you to come to work for them.

If you want to get certificate, you can consider to come to Canada as international student for study. But mind you, it costs a lot. I'm not sure how many years you will have to save based on your income of merely $300.
