You have to apply to a university in Canada and provide the letter that the university sent you, saying you got accepted.

If you have applied and are accepted to a canadian university, then you can apply for study visa. you will have to take your english test though too.
You can probably see if your credits from your country will transfer to canada but i cant really tell you much since i dont even know what kind of schooling you did or where!
