Hi all.
I want to apply for citizenship for my child and I have to provide two pieces of identification which show his name and date of birth and one must have his photo on it. The problem is that I don't have any photo id for him. He has an OHIP card but it does not have his picture on it as OHIP cards only include pictures for minors aged 16 or older. My son is 9 years old. Also, for some reason, they don't accept permanent residency cards. In the application guide, the IRCC lists 'health insurance card' and 'school record' as possible id. Are report cards accepted as school record or is it a different document? Do school records in Canada have the photo of the child on it?
Thank you
