Is there an income requirement to claim 200 points under TEER 0?

If so, can you please share some links as to where this is coming from.

Genuinely curious to research more now.

I mentioned the burden one has to prove to the roles, responsibilities, and titles for Teer0 and what I learned from renowned immigration attorneys.

You were the one who mentioned market pay, you can research the market pay of the CEO, board, or their reports in Financial statements published by listed companies from their website which should give you an idea of what such pay are :)

Mate, you seem to take this quite lightly.

I humbly request you to please research thoroughly, if you read the examples, roles, and responsibilities you will know if one belongs there. The burden is to meet 70% of the responsibilities. Even if I consider only pay as you say For folks playing such roles with such responsibility and titles, the lowest pay will be north of 500k Canadian. Do you make that?

If the bar was low, the lambda types working as managers in Timmies and McDonald's would have exploited the loopholes long long ago right?
So this is not based on actual IRCC guidelines then?

As long as you meet the job offer requirements
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/offer-employment.html

Get an LMIA or be LMIA exempt
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/offer-employment/lmia-exempt.html

And your salary is within industry standards

You should be ok.

Mate IRCC has clear guidelines on the burden of the roles, responsibilities, titles, and even the exclusions for Teer0 or any Teer in fact.
I and another person have tried to educate you on the stringent norms for Teer0 and have advised you that Teer0 qualifies only for the CEO, board, or their reports.

You are the one talking about wages, and I don't agree that having a wage in that range on the website qualifies you.

I'm familiar with salary within the industry standards website that you posted because I fix to a lot of folks I recruit at work for Teer1 & 2 employees either with LMIA or exempt via ICTs. Yes I also use and it is only a benchmark most real-world wages are often higher
https://www.jobbank.gc.ca/trend-analysis/search-wages

But since you were so passionate, I searched for a CEO pay I can only laugh at the wages for Teer0 CEOs in Canada make as low as 27 PH to a median of 42 to a high of 97$ PH, and the highest converts to 190k which can be less than what I make if I include 100% of my bonus if I'm successful. Thousands to tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of us on WPs who make such pay or even above. Definitely, no CEO or Board member makes such low wages.

Also if pay was the criteria to qualify for a Teer0 job, then a lot more folks would have qualified for Teer0. It is not the case as advised to me by renowned immigration firm attorneys nor have I seen in this forum anywhere online of anyone being successful in claiming those Teer0 200 points without satisfying the the burden of the roles, responsibilities, and titles for Teer0 that IRCC has on the website
https://noc.esdc.gc.ca/Structure/NocProfile?objectid=iozOh0j9me9E4YGUx808lfYj9Hp8JZeueuhwa9urfo0=

My advice is please don't go with such low standards thinking you are eligible for Teer 0. Of course, you are welcome to try claiming the 200 points because you might make above 190k and if you succeed you can come back and post it here and I shall leave this forum and not offer any more voluntary advice.

I have an open work permit. Is the "closed" work permit a requirement to claim the LMIA points?

And if I get the "closed" work permit, can I claim the points right away as I have worked for the employer for 1 year on an open work permit?
You cannot claim the points on an open work permit. The closed work permit is mandatory and that closed work permit must list your NOC.
