I didn't get my study permit issue letter ! (URGENT)

Hello,

I'm currently in my backhome Saudi Arabia for vocation

and I have applied for renewing my Visa And Study permit

I got my passport before 2 days with my new visa , BUT !! I haven't got the study permit issue letter !

And the canadian embassy have approved it and collected the money

the VFS told me to contact the visa section in the embassy to send me the copy of the study permit issue letter again

I have sent them an email

and guess what

I got a replay saying ( Dear Applicant, the letter was sent to your email Regards, Visa Section )

I have explained to them I didn't get it

and now what ?

I have no idea what to do

my flight back to Canada is in 12 Augest next week

and I don't have my study permit issue letter !

But I still do have recipt and it shows that the Canadian embassy have collected the money for the study permit

any ideas ?

Will it be among your junk mails? Check them.
Well if you cannot get it before your flight, you can still get into Canada, maybe just as the first time you landed, getting it from the immigration office at the airport.

BTW I would share a story of mine: once I traveled to US, when I returned to Canada I realized that I HAD LEFT MY STUDY PERMIT AT MY HOME IN CANADA. The custom officer just asked me to go to the immigration office at the airport. they checked my passport, and verified my study permit (they have all the info online I believe) and let me enter Canada. So take it easy!

I have checked my junk mails there is nothing

I have sent them a new email with a screen shot of my new Visa and passport I asked them maybe they sent to wrong email.

In case if they will not send me the copy of the letter through the email before my flight next week

I think I wont have any idea than just tell the immigration office that I haven't got the letter and I do have the receipt that shows the embassy have collected the money for the study permit , hopeful they let me in and give me my new study permit.
