I did the exam twice. Can I selected the best ielts score for to reach minimal requirement?

I would like to ask your opinion regarding my scores from two exams.

I need 6 each band for minimum requirement for express entry. I did exam twice
1. L/R/W/S = 6.5/6/6/5.5
2. = 6.5/8.5/5.5/6

Can I submit both TRFs to CIC?. I just have already reached minimum requirement writing (6) from the first exam and speaking (6) from the second exam so i will eligible for Express entry. As it does not indicate anywhere in CIC that we must reach minimal score of each band from only same sitting.

i don't think that's possible....
you can claim scores only from one TRF at a time...

No you cannot. You can appear as many times but it has to be a combination of scores from a single test. So your TRF must have 6 or more band in each module.

Sure - it's probably somewhere on the CIC web site. However everyone knows you cannot combine tests - this is common knowledge. You have to achieve the required score in a single test.

It used to be explicitly stated in OP-06. That manual has since been absorbed into a new format but there is no reason to believe that the principle has been changed.

In terms of designated language test results, officers will NOT select the highest score for each language ability from a variety of test score submissions. It is always the most recent group of tests that will be considered by officer as it is the most current assessment of the applicant’s four language abilities.
