I did not receive an important PDF

No one on this forum works for Canadian Government or Canadian Immigration this is just a forum where anybody can post anything.

If it the email came from an address that can be replied to you should try that otherwise send them a Case specific inquiry here https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1

Edit: If you are using gmail the attachments are at the bottom of the email, this can be confusing especially for long chain emails.
