I currently have a job - does it mean I have a job offer?

Same situation. So if we go with 'Yes' then obviously we can not upload anything other than our work experience letter/NOA/T4 etc. Don't you think leaving the other uploads might jeopardize our applications? There is a question that asked about the "Four digit NOC code of current Work Permit" which is not relevant to Non-LMIA job holders. Alternatively, We could attach a letter of Explanation as well. Any thought?

Also, is it safe we change few information while completing post-ITA forms? For example, I am thinking of changing my bank balance from 18k to 16k and remove my wife's education. Do you all think it will create sort of suspicion, if you will, among the Immigration officers when (and if at all) comparing the pre and post ITA information?

Does it matter for CIC whether You are currently employed or not as long as you have one year of work exp??
Technically, No.

As dobes pointed out though, it can help with the POF situation. And there is another workaround for that as well. If you're eligible for both FSW & CEC, apparently setting the available funds to zero gets you a CEC class ITA and you don't need to worry about POF at all.
