Please i need to know what this means and how long i should wait to receive the medical test application, it's been over 4 months now

As I replied in similar question, and As per CIC, IN PROCESS means:

"Based on review of your complete application package, it has been determined that your application is eligible for processing.
Processing has begun."

I suggest you check this link

This means that your pass score is established and now background checks, verification of experiences...etc takes place. This process can take several months.

You Should contact your Visa office with this Querry as some times Computer Errors happens .. so send the email without any delays

If this message was there for 10 months, then, there might be an issue. Let's tackle it one by one.

1-Have you done your Medicals? If yes, then, you should have received passport request.
2- if not, this could be an error!

Or
3- it could be a rejection.

Before jumping to conclusions, you need to immediately email your VO for an information.

As per instructions of VO, I have submitted my updated forms in March 2010 and I have not received medicals.
Today I have received the following reply from Islamabad office.
Dear Client,



Thank you for your enquiry.



As of April 1, 2010, applications for permanent residence under the Economic categories for citizens or residents of Pakistan will be processed by our office in London, UK. The economic categories are comprised of Federal skilled Workers, Federal Investors, Self-Employed, Entrepreneurs, Provincial Nominees and Quebec-selected Permanent Workers and Business People. Although Islamabad will continue processing a few applications that are close to completion, the majority are being transferred to London. The file transfer of existing permanent residence applications under the Economic categories is currently underway.



We, the Islamabad Office, are not updating your file or adding any information to your file in response to your email.



However, the information below may be useful to you:



If you have received instructions from our office in Islamabad to submit documents, please submit the documents to our mission in Islamabad as instructed.



If you have received instructions from CIO Sydney to submit your application package, please submit these documents to our mission in London. If you have already submitted your application package to Islamabad, then Islamabad will automatically forward this on to London.



If you are enquiring if your application has been transferred and will be processed in London, please be advised that the London Office will contact you when they are in a position to begin processing your application. We regret that neither our office nor London office is able to provide status updates at this time.

At this point, it is too early to tell what the new processing times will be for these cases in London.

your application under in-process status from September 7, 2010. please wait for medical request or additional documents request (if requested by VO/CHC). as per my thinking you will get medical soon , my opinion is wait more maximum 2months. if you dont get any response then write email to your local CHC.
follow E-case or if you have urgent query please send email to local CHC.
