As the title says I changed employer few months ago and they didn’t ask for my SIN no. But I am receiving paystub regularly which shows my Tax deduction, Etc and others. Is that ok? Already update my SIN and Ohip on service canada/ontario. Im a Caregiver with close work permit.

Yes I did but that was when I'm still employed on my last employer. I changed employer 2-3months ago.
And is it the same company that is paying you but a different person you're caring for? Did you not fill out new tax forms with your new employer?
Then you ought to have filled out new tax forms. How else is the employer supposed to properly remit your taxes? Ask them if they need you to fill out a tax form.
Did you get a new WP? If you're on a closed WP you can't just change employers.
You can if you get a new LMIA-supported work permit, as your LMIA is tied to your employer, not you.
