I cant get through the Activities page in the new IRCC PORTAL

In my case, I just tried to change one of the dates and sent a letter explaining about the issue on the additional info section.
I registered on the site specifically to let you know that this particular answer resolved my issue! Thank you a lot!Hey guys, so I've been struggling for a week here with that error and I was finally able to get it through. So here's what I did.
1. I started from the latest to the earliest (This year's info first, ending with 2012's information)
2. With the latest info, I put "Ongoing" instead of an end date
3. I overlaped the months, didn't do it continuously, meaning, if an activity ended on January, I started the next one in January
I'll show you how it looked.
2021-11 / Ongoing Job
2019-05/ 2021-11 Job
2014-01/ 2019-05 Jon
2012-02/ 2014-01 Unemployed
4. Make sure there's no gaps even if you weren't working. The education information is not time related, so it doesn't really affect the employment information.
I spent hours on that page!
I would like to add a note:
Sharing my case. The month of graduation from University should align with the month you begin your job.
For example - 2014-01 end of education, 2014-01 - start of the job (or Unemployed, depends on your case)
Please ,how did you solve this problem? I am stuck at this point. I tried all the tricks mentioned from putting the current month and year without putting "ongoing" to making sure there were no gaps . Need urgent help
what if someone has 2/3 jobs at the same time ??

I have this problem too. Interestingly, I previously crossed this page and was already on the part where I had to submit supporting documents. I signed in again after a few days and it takes me back to this page with this error.Hi,

Yes, I have solved it thankfully. So, I was filling the application for my dad. In the education portion I had put in all his degrees (Bachelors, Masters and PhD). I removed the Bachelors and Masters and only left the PhD and the application went through!I currently have the exact same problem. If you manage to solve this, please share how you did it. Thanks!

In my case the issue was that I listed a job that I had simultaneously with other.
After removing that entry it worked!
