I cannot check the online staus of my application

I have applied under FSW2014 program through an immigration office. My application was received on May 9th 2014. And on August 13th 2014 the office informed me that my file number is received.

Since then I am trying to check the status of my application online but I don't get any result! I always receive the following message: "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided"

During that I contacted the immigration office (my representative) wondering about that, first they said I have to wait for three weeks and check again, and then after a month they said I don't have to worry about the online status because the system is not frequently updated, I just have to wait for the next communication from CIC!!!

is that normal? Its weird for me! how come CIC system is not updated for more than a month?

Are you entering your UCI # in xxxx-xxxx sequence?

put there ur file number.....or u should wait for some time...

Yes , I do put my UCI # and all other information required, but no luck!

I have tried with both UCI # and application #, but no result.

So do you think it is normal? I mean my information not seen on the system for more than month after receiving my UCI #?
