I badly need a health card, can I get it?

I dont know how they worked it. But that was what the lady said. Due to the pandemic theyre not charging and then i thought thats what i read in the news too. Because many essential workers are out of status or have maintained status and cant renew their health cards. Im grateful regardless

Ontario is not charging for covid treatment and testing for anyone in Ontario. OHIP has allowed some extensions in coverage due to covid but you never had OHIP. Those who did qualify for an extension in their coverage due to OHIP still need an OHIP card that will get scanned. There have been others posting about large hospital bills. It is either a William Osler policy or the person registering you is very confused.
