i arrived april 2009 as a live in caregiver before the new measure for lcp

hello i need some info....i arrived under LCP last april 2009.just wanna know if i can use the option 2 for applying OWP/PR as i have lots of overtime.Just wanna know if these new measure can only use for the LCP who arrived on or after APRIl 2010? need some answer pls...thanks

The new rules apply to you too. The important date is that you are applying after the new rules came into effect, not when you came. You see this at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/faq/work/caregiver-faq26.asp

According to the application guide, only 390 of your 3900 hours may be from overtime and you must have worked at least 22 months:

4. Have you completed 24 months OR 3,900 hours (within a minimum of 22 months which may include a maximum of 390 hours of overtime) of authorized full-time employment as a live-in caregiver within four years from the date you entered Canada under the Livein Caregiver Program?
