I applied under CEC in 2014. Can I still apply for Express Entry at same time?

I applied under CEC program in November 2014. But I put wrong credit card information that is not active anymore.
So I am not sure if my application will be accepted and processed.
Is it possible for me to apply again under express entry while I wait for decision from November's application?
I don't have much time left with my work permit, so I am trying to find the best way.

Hi,

Better to call CIC and confirm with your old application and apply EE.

I'm pretty sure you can still reapply under Express Entry and one immigration website I read recommended doing so if you are in that position.
