As you know, when you log into IRCC account, there is a list that you've applied. For my case, express entry and permanent residency.
Once I got my invitation, my status for Express entry was "got invited "or something like that and status for my Permanent residency was my action was required as they requested RCMP record. What I don't understand is why my Express entry is ongoing and status has changed to "your action is required". When i click it, it shows exactly same message and the bar as Permanent Residency.

I know I don't have to worry too much but still I don't understand. If you guys had same issue, let's share it!

Thank you everyone and stay safe!!

Have you looked down the page further to see the various steps of the application and where your action is required? Or the messages table at the bottom that includes messages?

when I looked down the page, its empty. it just shows the bar and says "we are processing your application" just like permanent residency.
only the status on the list says your action is required.

I tried to capture it but i cant post the picture here lol

There is typically an entry for things like fingerprints, medical exams, background checks, eligibility, and more.

oh i thought you are talking about express entry.

yes there are thins like that. it shows what they are doing lol what i didnt understand was why my express entry status has been changed to "your actions is required"

Because if you are accessing the applications from the same place (GCKey) there should be other statuses there for the Express Entry application, shouldn't there?

I am pretty sure its nothing to worry about .. I was just curious and wanted to see if there is anyone experiencing same thing.... :)

yup! it used to be " received invitation"
Submit a WebForm and ask why that is. Maybe you were supposed to get a letter requesting something from you.

It could happen that you don't get it due to some glitch, etc.

They will be able to clarify this for you, no one else can.

Ya its little weird. When I click Express entry, it shows exactly same as permanent residency. It says I passed the medical exam and the bar shows 40% complete. I may ask them. it has changed like a week ago i guess. I just thought its some kind of technical error and it didnt change back to normal status.
