I Applied Online and got rejected for two reasons , come read the rejection reasons and share your experience

I got Rejected from the Turkish embassy by applying online ( im not from turkey) for 2 reasons :

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.

this is from the officer's letter , BTW there has been many rejections from the same embassy and they where also applying online , idon't know why but its upsetting .

Your application documents indicated that you are likely not to leave Canada at the end of your stay, therefore the visa officer cannot issue you a study permit.

- Were you going for a Bachelors degree or Masters?
- What program were you planning on attending?
- Where do you live and what is your nationality?
- Did you get an AIP or a direct refusal?

-I Applied for Business Administration Diploma ( 2 Years ) ( 39000 CAD$ Tuition Fees )
- i live in Palestine and iam Palestinian ( PS Because we dont have a canadian embassy or VAC in Palestine we apply through Jordan By paper but i Applied Via online Application )
- I Submitted my Online Application on the 24th of August and did my Biometrics on the 13th of September and on the 14th of September I got the Rejection letter After Just one day of my Biometrics enrolment !
- I didn't Attach A SOP Because they didn't request something like that
- in the proof of funds i only attached a bank statement for the past 5 Months with a current balance of 70000CAD$ .

- Usually they look for an SOP to get an idea what your future plans are. It's the closest thing they to what interviews are in a non-interview process. This is the part where you outline with as much (or as little) details about how your degree will help you when you get back home.
- It's always a good idea to include proof of assets where you live (ties to your home)
- Family ties are tricky for someone at the age of 18 or thereabouts (I'm assuming this is your age) as I think they would want to see you wanting to come back to a wife and kids.
- The funds you showed seem quite good.
- I presume you did not get any AIP letter
- It seems to be a common thing that one gets the Biometrics Validity Letter then soon thereafter it is followed by a rejection (another pattern that is worth noting).
- Please order the GCMS notes... this is crucial and will help you put together a stronger application next time.

We have A family Business in clothing direct Retail Stores which needs someone with good management that the header of the SOP for me , But for the Assists i don't have any assists in my name all of the houses, land, businesses are in my family members name mostly my Father .

so do i need to make them in my name to make a solid proof that i have assists in my home country ? or its it enough to print our my fathers papers ?

SOP is irrelevant as the visa officer won't read it if your documents doesn't meet the requirements. There is no way for the visa officer to verify what you wrote in your SOP.

Yep i understand that , i will attach with the SOP Proof Of business so he relate .
everything i will write in the SOP i will attach a proof of it , so it will be more convincing .

You can Include all your fathers asset too, and your family business.
