I applied for Visitor extension in the meantime I've got an OWP.

Hi guys, if anybody can give me advice about my situation.

I'm in Canada on Visitor visa since July 2015, asked for extension in December, on the 29 of March I've got OWP.
For Vistor extension I applied online but for OWP I applied through mail.
Now they ask for my medical or they will refuse my application for Visitor extension but I allready have OWP!? And even worse I made my medical in January but it is not in the system.
What to do?

Once your OWP has been approved, visitor extension will cancel automatically.

Yes, you can call IRCC 'agent and explain your situation.

Note that, make sure your OWP has been Approved, if so you should be fine.
