i applied for student visa for p.g diploma but got rejected 2 times

Hello all plz help me
I applied for p.g diploma in centennial college in paralegal progrm with 6.5 bands but 5.5 in speaking....but my visa rejected they gave other reason tht course is not relavent and all tht stuff wht should i do now should i chnge my course and apply again for jan intake or increase my bands.my profile i passed BALLB with 60 percent marks

Go for masters or any degree program in Law , And CHC does not require any IELTS.

#tariq r u sure tht their is no need of improve ilets score....and paralegal course is also related one to law....so bit confused bcoz chc website
shows 6.5 bnds for p.g diolomas not less thn 6 bnd in any of anymodule...so u recommended me to chnge my diploma and reapply with same score

In my Understanding paralegal is someone who assist in office work of legal matters like office assistance and CANNOT practice law at court of Justice. On the other hand you are already BALLB which is more than equal to JD in Canada/USA. so it means you are selling yourself short.
as far as Ielts is concern ,If you show them in the first place then you should improve it. Many people fly to Canada without IELTS even for PHD programs.

So u ppl suggest tht i should reapply after improving my ilets score....is chnge of course will help me with same bands now i m looking for p.g diploma in human resources...for phd first i hve to do masters its tym consuming and tricky one.....wht u ppl suggest i m really confused....my ilets exam is on 8 nov so might b i will not be able to aplly for jan in take....and wht abt study gap i passed in 2013
