Why they are saying like that ?
As it's not a refusal nor approval !
Can anyone give me the contact number of immigration office of Canada so I can ask ?

It means they don't want to accept calls.
You have to send a case specific enquiry to clarify your status about your eTA application. Send your documentation, like birth certificate, passport and green card. It seems they made a mistake or you have a namesake that may be a Canadian citizen.

Hi... i am getting the same problem. I am german citizen and eta was withdrawn that i am canadian citizen but i am not..
How did you fix it...???
