Dear All,

I wanto to apply for canada immigration under skilled worker. i am a data entry clerk but my job is not under those new listed occupation.

I am thinking to apply under code 1431 - college or other vacational trainer as a Computer Training Instructor and i wil show 2 year expeirence in it and 3 year as a data entry clerk.
Please suggest can i do like this so i can get immigration.

What do you mean by showing experience? Do you have experience in teaching or ....?

Do you think they will not verify? it will probably big problem for you if they figure out your fake job and you will loose all your money, time and maybe get restrictions for any future attempt of travel to canada. So, if you think its all okay, then go ahead. Its your money and your time.

Why don't you try any provincial nomination programs. In my opinion, you may get into trouble if you submit false information.

Some people on this forum should apply for immigration to the moon. It would be unimaginable to think what your friend would be like running a non-charitable organisation.

Khalid, go and get yourself a reality check. If you don't know what that is maybe your friend can "fake" you one.

i am just asking you all a suggestion , i am not applying and i know they immigration officer are not stupid they will verify everything even i fake something. and they will know.
