Hl Everyone,

I am trying to invite my girlfriend to visit me in Canada. The plan is for her to stay for like 2-3months

I have a very good Job and all expenses will be taken care by me. i will be using my bank statement and my account is in good standing.

Anything to take note of or need to do in processing the application?

Thank you.

She has to show she can afford the trip, your financial situation is secondary.

She will need to prove strong ties to her home country.
-a letter of employment
-property ownership, rental agreement
-bank statements
-family ties etc.

If she doesn't have strong ties, she may be refused. Visiting for 2-3 months raises concerns. I suggest a shorter stay.

You have to submit an invitation letter to the immigration stating that you take full responsibility to the financial needs of your girlfriend while she's in Canada. Your girlfriend must have a round trip ticket to show.
