I am taking educational loan, i had talk to my bank they said they will provide me sanction letter first and through which i need to get visa and submit that visa then my disimbursement will start. As far as i know for visa i need to pay some amount of tuition fees and also show my living expenses of one yr.but if they donot pay the amount before visa how am i suppose to show my finance in GIC account and pay the fees.what if i pay the fees wil the bank return me back the amount i added for paying tuition fees.Anyone pls help me I am really confused with all this big processes

I don't think the bank will return the fees you paid. But there is an option to get any excess fees paid to the college, refunded ( u have to explain ur scenario to the college). In my case I got my money refunded since I reduced by 1yr course to a 8months course.

What i would suggest you is, arrange for some reserved cash. Just a loan approval letter from ur bank will not be enough for ur SP approval. CIC requires ur 1sem fees paid and GIC letter to process ur SP.

If ur a student from India, a GIC is one of the essential financial components that will ensure ur study permit. In the case of GIC you have to invest 10000CAD and you will be credited certain amount in your chequing account (I think 800CAD) every month from Scotiabank (Check Scotia GIC site for details).
