Points are.deducted because The analyst is not confident with what you have uploaded.
And after the case analyt park your file for review required ,you file goes to a visa officer .
If he approves your employment record ,you will regain those points;hence, pass the eligibilty, which is minimum 67 points out of 100.

Well,in 80 percent of the cases visa officer goes with the decision of case analyst and processing agents. So,it would be better if you immediately send the documents I have mentioned along with the letter of explanation.

Thanks a lot!

Good afternoon,
I was wondering if adding further documentations will delay review further?I have already furnished support documents in January but after 10 months since my AOR, my file is still under RR for eligibility.

I am also planning to get married but not sure if this will delay my application further if I need to change status and documents again. my fiance is Canadian citizen. will this have additional bearing to my application?

I cant apply for work even if I have my license in alberta due to the employers requiring the right to reside. How else can we speed up this process.

Hello,

Last week my medical changed from you passed the medical exam to you don`t need a medical exam.
Does anyone know if is this an extension of my med?

This means your medicals has been expired. If your application is in the review process, you have to wait until the due date to get an update. Sometimes, it totally depends on the reviewing officer. Once everything is done, they will either request internally for an medical extension or they will send you a note to redo the medicals. After this step, most of the people receive the PPR/ landing interview within a weeks time.

Note: If your application is in the security step, order CBSA notes to know more details.

I'm an inland applicant (April 11th, 2018 AOR). RR since May, 2018 for foreign work experience. (Agent wasn't satisfied with the documents provided as per GCMS notes. Since then I have raised CSE and uploaded more documents.) Contact with IRCC in January 2019 indicated that the file was "On queue for review by an officer". Last month my medicals went from "You passed" to "You do not need" to "July 3 You passed" again. I have been waiting since then.
Called IRCC last week. As far as I know, eligibility has not been cleared yet, so there's no telling when my application will be finalized. So I don't know if there's much truth to that, unfortunately.

What all documents you uploaded for work experience ?

What all documents you uploaded for work experience ?

I claimed 3+ years of experience under one NOC. I worked 2.5 yrs at a company, so I provided them with a letter from that company. I also worked for some time as a self-employed consultant to many different companies, so I provided them with letters from these companies containing how many hours I worked there, what I did and how much I got payed for the job, as well as a LOE telling my story and explaining the situation.

Hi All...

Just reading this thread as I am in the same situation. My AOR is 2018 December 31st. I called IRCC about a week ago, after I got a ghost update. The agent was really nice; he told me that my file is awaiting review as the Eligibility states that Review Required for the company I worked for. He wasn't too clear on if its the Company or my work experience, so here is a little summary:

I claimed a total of 3 years work experience (2 years On-The-Job Training and 1 year as a Temporary Employee) in the same company.

2 years On-The-Job Training: I had to claim the internship as it was the only "continuous" work experience I had.
The supporting documents uploaded were Certificate issued by the company for the 2 year period, affidavit from supervisor for the period as the certificate did not have some of the information required by IRCC as well as the company ID for the supervisor, payslips, relevant emails and a letter of explanation.

1 year as a Temporary Employee: I was able to claim 1 year as I would have made the 1560 hours over a 24-month period.
The supporting documents uploaded were Job Letter, company ID, affidavit from supervisor as the job letter did not have some of the information required by IRCC as well as the company ID for the supervisor, payslips, tax return forms to show the amount of hours worked, relevant emails and a letter of explanation.

The Company closed on 2018 November 30th so I submitted two internal memos on letter heads, that we would have gotten regarding the closure as well as explaining it in the letter of explanation.

What are your thoughts?

Thank You and Best Regards!!

Did you order gcms notes ?

Hi Guys,

I ordered GCMS Notes for CSIS and the reply I received from them was that they did not find any personal information related to me.
Is that means I`m not under security screening?
Is it possible that only my dependent is under SS but not me ?

Thank you!

Yes ,most probably.

I have seen in some groups also .Many self -employed cases are being scrutinised at low pace. But dont worry ,you will get it if you have submitted docs rightly.

Good luck.

Order GCMS notes btw.

I did order notes on a couple of occasions. The latest set was supposed to arrive on July 11th. It never did. I have e-mailed them twice asking about it, but no response so far.

The last reply I got from CIC was
``Please be informed that your application is currently in queue for review by an officer. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with a date on which your file will be reviewed. ``

Does anyone know what that means ? Is a final review?

Thanks

I'm in the same situation... Is this supposed to mean the 'Review Required' state or it's actually the final review ?

My message differed slightly:
"Please be advised that your application is in the queue for review by an Officer. You will be contacted in due course."

From what I understand by reading other threads is that there are two types of people that work on applications: Agents and Officers. Agents do most of the checks on applications and make sure everything is in order. They also have the option to give continuity to the application or put it up for "review required".
Officers are the ones that then make the final decision on the application status.

I received that same e-mail after enquiring about my application back in January 2019. I'm still waiting on a response.
