Please I got my GCMS notes. It states: Eligibility: Recommend interview....And then the most recent note 1 was a general note just had eligibility pending on the side
Is it certain I must do an interview or it might change later on?
I am not an expert in this. Refer to the latest note w.r.t date. That's the latest status on your file.

My concerns are;
1. Is it possible that eligibility has changed from recommend for Interview , due to the date file was last worked on?
2. Has the Officer review's note overridden the fsw points and notes by case processing agents in notes 10?
3. What is the summary of the case processing agents review in notes 10?. Was FSW points recalculated, if yes how did he arrive at the 54 given in the notes ( differenece of 15 points which means work experience wasn't calculated or was it an oversight?),because i can see 69, 67 and 54 in the notes.

I see there's a review of visa refusal. This shouldn't be a problem because I see you had decleared the refusal to Finland in 2006.
My concern though is that your points for FSW was recalculated downwards. At ITA, you had 69. The minimum points to qualify is 67. From your 69 points however, the agent has assessed/calculated 54. Meaning you now fall below the minimum qualifying points.
Also your CRS score at ITA was 931. I'm guessing 600 PNP + 331 FSW = 931 points.
The agent has however assessed/calculated your points as 906. That means 600 + 306. Your FSW points is now 25 points less.
My AOR is June 2019
I am an Outland applicant.
With regards to the fsw points reassessment from 69 to 54, I noticed the points difference is 15 points ( my work experience is also 15 points). I really don't understand why the points was deducted as I have provided documents to the ADR received to which the status changed to N/A.
This also affected the CRS score recalculation as well.
The review is about my proof of salary as cash, hence the recommend interview for my eligibility.
But further comments are welcomed.

Guys, I need help. My webform says "Eligibility not met" as I did not submit the supporting documents of my relatives in Canada. I did not know that it should be my real aunt, not a cousin one. I asked her for the documents, but she is reluctant in providing so. What can I do at this stage?. Will my application gets rejected?. AOR- 03rd Feb'20, PNP- Outland.
This is a serious situation and should be Dealt with as sure.
Your score may be recalculated downwards which will affect your eligibility, even if you had + 600 points for PNP.
Will you still qualify for that round of invitation without the relative point and PNP point?
My fsw points are below 67 if i am removing my relative points. Is there any points for nomination in fsw eligibility tool?
