I am stuck at Eligibility Review Required.. Need Help

Hi,

Got an update today, my additional documents status went from we are reviewing .. to not applicable... not sure what it means. Any ideas ?
I sent an LOE beginning of december 2018. My aor is 11 April 2018.. 14 months post aor.....

I got the same update last month, It`s because they have accepted the documents. After this update, my eligibility went from RR to passed , but I`m still waiting (AOR July).

What should I do?

1. We submitted 1st reference letter. He gave us an ADR So we submitted 2nd REFERENCE LETTER (job responsibilities matches around 80% to 85% with my intended NOC) by adding some other responsibilities which is handled by me. Finally, we had been nominated from NSNP and received ITA.

2. Now, our consultant has submitted our file in express entry in March-19 but they submitted old one. Is it fine?

3. Also have submitted Bank letter as a proof of fund (which does not say the amount is available and transferable). The letter contains the below contents.


“This certificate has been issued without analyzing customer’s net-worth and the overall indebtedness with the issuing bank or any other Bank/Financial institutions.

Hence, this letter shall not and can not be construed as a solvency certificate at any circumstances.

This certificate is issued at the requires or the customer without any risk or responsibility on the part of the bank, either as a guarantor or otherwise, for the purpose of Student Visa / immigration / tourist visa / work or business visa, and will not constitute any liability either on the part of the bank of the official signing it.”


So, My question is..........................

1. Is it fine with old reference letter or I have to replace it?

2. Can we take proactive corrective action for reference letter and/or POF? If yes, what?

1. If you work reference meets the IRCC requirements you are fine.

2. You can definitely send a replacement document via CSE if required.

We submitted work experience - 1st reference letter (job responsibilities matches around 45% to 50% with my intended NOC) to NSNP but they do not satisfy with the same. He gave us an ADR stating “ it must clearly demonstrate that you have performed ALL the actions described in the lead statement and performed a majority (half plus 1) of the main duties of your intended occupation in NOC”. So accordingly we submitted 2nd REFERENCE LETTER (job responsibilities matches around 80% to 85% with my intended NOC) by elaborating each job responsibility which stated in the 1st reference letter and also added some other responsibilities which is handled by me.

I have asked our consultant to replace the reference letter but they denied stating that we can not replace it now. We can not do anything unless they ask for it and we have to wait for estimated time till September.

Note:- I called CIC for my file status recently and the agent answered very politely that there is a “Review Required” comment in one element only but there is nothing to worry about it because it is the part of process, MEP passed, criminality Passed and security not started yet.

1. Will IT MEET THE IRCC REQUIREMENT WITH MY 1ST REFERENCE LETTER WHICH MATCHES JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AROUND 45% TO 50% AS MENTIONED ABOVE rest of other details meet the IRCC requirements?

OR

DO I NEED TO REPLACE IT WITH 2ND REFERENCE LETTER IMMEDIATELY WHICH MATCHES JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AROUND 80% TO 85% without waiting the GCMS notes?

OR

I have just called CIC as last week I had an update, my additional documents status went from we are reviewing to not applicable. The agent on the phone told me that security / criminality / eligibility were passed. I am in the last step. He told me that maybe I will have to redo the medical or it will be extended.

I was in Eligibility review required for the past 14 months.

Since I do not have your reference letter, so I cannot answer 1. Also, the Provincial nomination applications and the IRCC applications are evaluated by two different agencies, they have no correlation and any similarity in the law does not mean that the process is the same and if one agency accepts your document the other will too.

You submit any additional documents at any stage.

Same, its my spouse too. I read some people got PPR but medical status was "you do not require medicals" But extended internally.

I received my gcms notes today. And that says as below:

Thanks for the update. Today, my medicals changed back to 'Passed'. From the timelines, It took approximately two weeks to extend the medicals. No further updates.
