I hope by now ur passports have returned with the visa. 'coz, if not, u must send an email query to CHC imdtly. Even the PPR Instructions says so. They advice u to contact them, if u don't get the visas in '30 working days (6 weeks)'. See that PPR Letter, it's written on the 2nd page, reverse side.

Contact them asap. And let us know too.

I sent an e-mail on Wednesday. No replies yet.

Case specific inquiry takes about 2 weeks forresponse... e-mail apparantly takes about 1 week. so, I took that route. I hope they will reply

so this is the difference....PPR letter may be different..in my letter there is no where written to contact them....

jigna ... you are right. There's nothing as such written in the passport request letter from CHC New Delhi. Maybe different missions have different formats of letters. Any update from your end? Mine is still as usually "in process".

i am still waiting for "POSTMASTER", who will bring my visa to my house....


i ve decided that i will wait for these week, and if i ll not get then i ll mail them by next week....

bcoz by that time...exactly 2 months will be completed....and its more than normal time as i know.....

Dont worry. Your passport will definatly come with visa. I had have a wait of 6 months for my passports. I have just received it last week. So, dont worry.


Generally, cic-nd is taking 4-5 days to reply any email inquiry. So, you can choose this way.
